Description:

Rimon Law Group (www.Rimonlaw.com) is a privately held, triple bottom line, full service, virtual law firm.

Rimon Law Group exists to provide balance. We honor the balance between our employees' work & home lives by allowing them to create their own workspace and set their own schedules. We strive to meet the balance between our clients' budgets and goals by keeping our overhead low and our fees reasonable. We are conscious of the balance between running a business, contributing to our communities, & protecting the natural environment, and we encourage our team members to engage in civic duty, volunteerism and pro bono work, among other responsible business practices.

We are a paperless law firm, using Amazon's cloud servers for electronic document storage. We don't have a centralized office, instead many of our attorneys work from home offices or shared office space, which further reduces our carbon emissions. We employ only partner-level experienced counsel, eliminating the high cost of on-the-job training. We also offer a voluntary Satisfaction-Based Billing program, under which our rates are adjusted up or down by 20%, depending on our client's level of satisfaction with our performance.

Rimon Law Group is a certified B Corporation and our Incline Village attorney, Lara Pearson's, home office is certified under the Keep the Sierra Green program. Three of our attorneys are members of Social Venture Network.

Positive Impact – Doing:

Rimon Law Group makes a positive contribution in four primary ways: (1) through our law firm's internal sustainability practices; (2) through our attorneys' pro bono and other volunteer work; (3) by authoring articles and public speaking and (5) by Protecting the Brands and Businesses that are Changing the World.
