The company said tax authorities have notified the electronic company, which makes chips, computers and networking equipment and has operations in Rancho Cordova. Tax officials found that employees had $18.1 million in fictitious deals during the past seven years. The Tokyo-based company's executives said they will seek compensation and file criminal complaints against the workers.1
