Fursys designs and manufactures office furniture. The Company mainly develops and manufactures various desks; panel systems, including mega plan panels and multi-plan panels; premiere class furniture, including CEOS, VITRIS, BENEDI and other series used in office environment; chairs, encompassing executive chair, task chair, conference chair and lobby chair series; sofa and sofa tables; conference systems, including lecture tables and computer desks; public residence such as dormitory furniture, as well as work tools, including desk lamps, keyboard trays and telephone stands, among others. The Company operates approximately 190 local distribution centers and exports to approximately 40 countries throughout the world. The Company completed the merger with its wholly owned subsidiary, SooLim Co., Ltd., engaged in manufacturing of furniture, on November 2, 20091.
