The fuel cell products Direct FuelCell or DFC Power Plants offer stationary power generation applications for customers. In addition to the commercial products, the Company develops next generation of carbonate fuel cell and planar solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) technology. The carbonate DFC power plants electrochemically (without combustion) produce electricity directly from hydrocarbon fuels, such as natural gas and biogas fuels. The Company’s customers include manufacturers, mission critical institutions, breweries, food processors and wastewater treatment facilities1.
