Entech Solar, Inc. was formed following the acquisition of ENTECH, Inc., by WorldWater & Solar Technologies Corp. in January 2008. ENTECH had primarily been an R&D company that designed and produced concentrating solar PV technology. WorldWater™ was an engineering services company that designed and installed large solar projects. The combination of these two companies created a new and very powerful company with core competencies in both technology development and engineering services.1Entech Solar, Inc. designs, manufactures and installs solar energy systems that provide electricity and thermal energy in commercial and industrial applications, as well as in the public sector. The Company focused on develop a new solar energy products and services utilizing the ENTECH concentrating photovoltaic (CPV) technology. The Company focused on offering a range of services, including project development, engineering, procurement and construction, and financing, to help develop and support the sales of its SolarVolt and ThermaVolt systems and other systems, and products it may develops. The Company’s products include SolarVolt and ThermaVolt solar systems, as well as a product designed from skylight. On January 28, 2008, the Company completed the acquisition of ENTECH, Inc. 1. The company has produced and are in the process of testing a number of technologies that are based on renewable energies. Such products include: The Entech Tubular Skylight. This technology encompasses the patented Solar Collimator™ which capture daylight at the rooftop and deliver that light to the interior space through a reflective tube. It then takes sunlight from any angle through the day and straightens the angle of the light as it goes down the tube. The result is significantly fewer energy-reducing bounces and the most even, consistent daylight delivery possible. Another such product is Entech Solar’s SolarVolt™ II module is based on proprietary concentrating photovoltaic (CPV) technology that produces cost-competitive electricity. SolarVolt II technology is based on more than 25 years of CPV experience and its sole function is to produce clean energy.1
